Investors
On Friday 04.05.2018 Russell Cope received a letter from HMRC granting Michaelston-y-Fedw CIC SEIS status.
Russell will now prepare a Form SEIS 3 for each individual investor to enable them to claim a 50% tax reduction on the amount they invested.
